Slow Yoga Workshop
Yoga Place E2 - Dates tbc
Take some time out for an extended practice with where the focus is to breath and move slowly with purpose and understanding. You will have the space to be curious and guidance to explore the building blocks which make up every posture in the given sequence.
The core elements of every session will focus on developing the skill of listening to your body and breath, and working on the challenge of maintaining mindfulness when you flow from stillness, to movement, and back again.
This workshop will help advance your practice and encourage you to be confident and content with what you are creating on your mat, rather than fixating on the perfect shape.
Come along if you have practiced yoga for years, months, days or are just starting out.
